W e hope that you are happy with your purchases, however if for any reason you would like to exchange or return your items please contact us via e-mail so as long as they are in original condition, unworn and with band intact/tags attached.
If for any reasons you're not happy with anything you bought from us, including personalized items and even custom-made wigs, you can get further information by sending e-mails to us. When this happens, we have our own ways to deal with it. If you are determined to return or exchange the wig, in priciple, we can give the former one to you freely and then post the proper one to you instead.However, the shipping fees must be paid by yourself.

All the orders are processed according to order confirmation we get from customers, and we are trying our best to satisfy all customers’ needs. All orders placed on our website should obey the following policies under any conditions.

Note:
1. Please check carefully before you sign for your package;
2. You are required to measure yourself with a tape measure before you order on our site. If you measure yourself inaccurately so the size is not suitable for you, we cannot make an exchange or return for you;
3. We try to make merchandise in absolutely good quality.

Attention:
1. In the case of shipping damages please contact our customer service before item is returned.
2. Credit will always be issued to the same card to which they were charged.
3. Any package that has not been received by us and tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper.

Retain your tracking number as we will be unable to send your order without proof of delivery. Please allow 3~5 business days after your package has been delivered for "return" or "exchange" to be processed.
